Terms of Use

Half-Turn is currently invite-only: access requires an invitation from a club administrator, coach, or other authorized club staff. If you're a parent/guardian accepting an invite or submitting a reflection on behalf of a player who is a minor, you're responsible for that player's account and content.

A club's administrators and staff are responsible for inviting only people authorized to have access, keeping player and roster information accurate, and managing who has access to the club's data — including removing access when someone leaves the club. We rely on the club to make these calls; we don't independently verify a club's roster or a person's role.

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access Half-Turn as you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, tell us right away at [email protected].

You keep ownership of the reflections and evaluations you write. By submitting content, you give your club — and the other roles who can see it under your club's access settings, such as a coach or a linked parent/guardian — the right to view and use it for the purpose of the Service: player development. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything abusive, harassing, or unlawful.

Don't use Half-Turn to access data you're not authorized to see (including by circumventing role-based access), interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or remove access for anyone who violates this.

We aim to keep Half-Turn available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll try to give clubs reasonable notice of anything that affects their data.

Half-Turn is currently invite-only and in early access; pricing is provided directly to clubs we onboard. Any paid subscription will be billed through Stripe under terms we share with you before you're charged.

A club administrator can end a club's use of the Service at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy. On termination, we retain data only as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Half-Turn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
